How I Can Help You
Therapy with me is collaborative, personalised and grounded in counselling, CBT‑informed strategies and clinical hypnotherapy. I have extensive experience working with adults and young people — including neurodivergent clients and members of the LGBTQ+ community — and I offer sessions in English or Spanish. Below are some of the areas I often support people with.
Build Confidence & Self-Esteem
If you constantly second‑guess yourself or feel like you’re not “good enough,” therapy can help you shift that inner narrative. We’ll explore the roots of low self‑worth, build self‑awareness and self‑compassion, and strengthen confidence from within — whether you’re a student facing peer pressure or an adult looking to trust yourself more.
Improve Focus & Performance
Preparing for an exam, interview, presentation or audition can be daunting, especially if you live with ADHD or other neurodivergent traits. Together we’ll reduce nervousness, enhance mental clarity and use visualisation and focus techniques. Hypnotherapy is especially effective for calming your nervous system and mentally rehearsing key moments.
Break Unwanted Habits & Patterns
Procrastination, emotional eating, nail‑biting and other loops can feel impossible to shift. We’ll uncover what drives these habits, develop healthier coping strategies and use hypnotherapy or CBT to support sustainable change. This isn’t about willpower; it’s about insight, support and tools tailored to your brain.
Manage Anxiety, Stress & Overwhelm
Feeling on edge, over‑alert or emotionally drained? Therapy can help you feel more grounded and in control. We’ll identify your anxiety triggers, learn practical tools to regulate stress and use hypnotherapy to calm your body and mind. Our aim is to help you feel calmer, clearer and more resourced to cope.
Youth & Neurodivergent Support
Young people and neurodivergent clients often face unique pressures — from exam stress and identity questions to focus and sensory challenges. With years of experience in youth mental health and ADHD coaching, I offer a neurodiversity‑affirming, LGBTQ+‑inclusive space where we can build resilience, organisation skills and self‑understanding. Parents and caregivers are welcome to get in touch to discuss support for teenagers or students.
